Booking Conditions:
Deposit - A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost of the tour to be paid within five (5) days of the booking. Final payment to be made seven (7) days prior to the tour.
- Tours booked less than seven (7) days in advance must be paid in full on the day of or within 24 hours of making the booking.
Cancellation - Bookings cancelled less than seven (7) days prior to the tour will fo rfeit all monies paid. Bookings cancelled more than seven (7) days prior to the tour will forfeit the deposit paid.
Changes - Changes to the itinerary are subject to change without notice in unforeseen circumstances or increase in costs.
Numbers - Tour numbers are to be confirmed no less than seven (7) days prior to the tour. Once final numbers have been advised, any reduction in numbers will incur the full cost.
Vehicle - Seat belts must be worn at all times. No smoking is permitted in the vehicle at any time.
Conduct - All persons are to behave in a responsible manner at all times.
